• Some are instructional: like those of Mitch Lyons.  I have had the unique privilege of taking a workshop with Mitch a few years back at Peter's Valley. However, I was a fan longer than that.  Mitch's ingenious, self-designed  techniques has helped me bring my students' work to a higher level with them finding confidence and self-expression in their work.  Mid-way thru every marking period the students start talking of Mitch as if they know him too. "I think Mitch would really like your piece. It looks a lot like something he would make."

• Other videos are of artists I admire and have influenced my art and my teaching. For example; Maria Martinez's video teaches my students the science of ceramics, as well as the respect not only for the process, but our cultural ancestors.
